When installing, always carefully check the thickness to avoid being cheated. The parapet wall height on the roof of a residential building should be no less than 1.1 meters, and the metal guardrail height should reach 1.2 meters. Ensure the enclosure structure is free of defects or gaps. Additionally, the wall thickness of the riser pipe should be at least 0.7mm. Because riser pipe installation is more complex, it's normal for it to be slightly thinner than the main pipe, but anything less than 0.7mm is absolutely unacceptable.

During installation, clearly visible warning signs should be placed in areas such as rooftop passageways and doors.

If the stainless steel railing is rusty, do not use sandpaper to remove the rust. This will not only damage the appearance of the stainless steel but also destroy the protective film on the surface, leading to more rust formation in the future. The correct method is to buy a rust remover from a stainless steel market, or tell the seller that it's specifically for removing stainless steel rust, and they will know what to do. If you want to completely prevent rust, applying a polishing wax will be even more effective.

The installation of guardrails must simultaneously meet the dual requirements of the Fire Protection Law (ensuring unobstructed passageways) and the Property Management Regulations (enforcing security obligations). It is recommended to regularly inspect the integrity of the guardrails and the clarity of warning signs to mitigate legal risks.
