1. Keep Dry
Stainless steel railings are more prone to oxidation in humid environments. Therefore, store them in a dry place. In humid seasons or environments, you can use desiccant to absorb moisture from the air, thus keeping the storage space dry. Alternatively, you can cover the stainless steel railings with a waterproof film to prevent direct contact with air and moisture.

2. Keep Clean
Regularly cleaning the surface of the stainless steel railings to remove dust and dirt is also a necessary step to prevent oxidation. Gently wipe the surface with clean water and detergent to remove stains and fingerprints. Be careful to use a soft cloth or sponge to prevent scratching the surface. Also, avoid using corrosive chemicals to clean the surface of the stainless steel railings, as this will accelerate the oxidation process.

3. Coating Protection
Applying a protective agent to the surface can provide protection. This protective agent can prevent air, water, and corrosive chemicals from corroding the stainless steel surface, thus greatly extending its lifespan. Of course, the coating should be a protective agent suitable for the stainless steel railings, and the coating should be maintained promptly according to usage.

4. Maintenance and Repair Regularly inspect the stainless steel railing surface for damage or oxidation. If damage is found, maintain or repair it promptly. If the stainless steel railing surface is oxidized, use sandpaper or other metal polishing agents to remove the oxide layer, then apply a protective coating.
